Job Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Supporting HR Generalists and Business Partners:
1) Non exempt performance evaluation completion

2)Internal NOI recording and electronic storing

3) Driver Lane Award Process and Procedures
•Assisting with Benefits Administration to include new hire enrollment, removal of terminated employees from plan, updating employee information and Open Enrollment processes.
•Assisting On boarding Coordinator with New Hire & On boarding processes.
•Assisting HR Management with report generation and dissemination and other duties as assigned
• Assists in Creating new hire employment files, including files in compliance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Driver Qualification (DQ) files.
• Assisting with other projects within the HR department and other departments as needed.
HR Administrative Support acts as a company liaison in the field of customer relations.
Responsible for general administrative duties such as data entry, copying , electronic scanning,filing, assisting employees, and other administrative tasks as determined by the department. Other duties will be designated for this position as determined by the HR management team.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s Degree Required, Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred; and two years related experience and/or training.
